 note = {Green algal specimens collected monthly from May 2005 to December 2007 at Omaezaki, ShizuokaPrefecture, central Japan were identified and listed. The total number of species identified is 21, of which 7belong to Ulvales, 5 belong to Codiales, 4 belong to Cladophorales, 2 belong to Siphonocladales, 2 belong toBryopsidales, 1 belongs to Caulerpales. At Omaezaki, newly discovered species were as follows; Bryopsiscorymbosa, Cladophora hutchinsioides, Cl. laetevirens, Codium arabicum, Co. intricatum,Phyllodictyon haterumense.},
