養成事業」を事例として,養成プログラム受講後に学校現場に立っている教師を対象としてアンケート調査を実施し,養成プログラムを通して身につけた資質やCST としての活動の実態を明らかにすることであった。結果として,山梨CST 養成事業の認定者及び修了者は,養成プログラムを通して延べ計7つの資質(理科授業の構想と実践に必要な知識,理科授業を構想・実践する力,理科に対する情意,理科授業の質的向上に向けた主体的な姿勢,理科授業の実践に必要な技能,理科教師に必要な専門性,理科に関する経験)が身についたと考えていた。また,山梨CSTとしての活動は,養成プログラム内容の活用,校務に関する分掌,活動の場の3つに大別することができた。さらに,CST
