文哉","creatorNameLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_2_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"部活は日本独自の課外活動であり，本来は生徒の自主的，自発的な活動のはずであるが，それにはほど遠い現実がある。一度入部したら辞めにくいという現実にも，部活が生徒の自主性，自発性に基づいていないことが示されている。本研究では，退部したり，退部を思いとどまったりすることについて，組織コミットメントの観点からアプローチした。退部経験者３名に退部の背景や退部に至る過程について半構造化インタビューが実施された。その結果，所属する部活に対して情緒的コミットメントが弱まっても，規範的コミットメントが弱まらないと実際に退部することにつながりにくいことが明らかになった。また，部活の活動時間の長さが退部の主要因の一つと考えられ，部活への組織コミットメントを高める必要性とともに，時間的拘束の緩和が，生徒の自主的，自発的参加という部活本来の活動につながることを指摘した。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_full_name_24":{"attribute_name":"著者名(別表記)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"2485","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"Omi,
