清貴","creatorNameLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_10001_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"オシメルチニブの登場以降、肺癌診療において再生検を行う例が増加している。2016年6月から2018年9月の問に当科で肺非小細胞癌の再生検を行った20例(21件の生検)を後方視的に検討した。検査目的はT790M検出が18件、それ以外が3件であり、いずれも治療方針決定に有用であった。再生検の方法は気管支鏡での原発巣あるいは縦隔リンパ節転移の生検が20件、腎転移のCTガイド下生検が１件であった。気管支鏡では細胞診では陽性であったものの組織が得られず、組織検体のみを対象とするコンパニオン診断薬でT790M検査ができない例があり、細胞診検体を用いた検査体制の構築が望まれた。T790Mの陽性率は初回の遺伝子変異の種類で差はなかったが、TKIの使用期間の長い例に陽性率が高い傾向があった。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10001_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者名ヨミ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"17921","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"イノマタ,
