勝","creatorNameLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_2_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"教育学部学生の教員就職率向上が大きな課題となっている。効果的な対策を検討するためには、大学生活の実態や進路に対する学生の意識を的確に把握しておく必要がある。本稿は教職支援室が教育学部学校教育課程１年次生から３年次生を対象に実施している個別面談と、４年次生対象の進路希望調査の結果をもとに、入学時から教員採用試験受験時まで４年間の教職意識等の変容過程を入学年度別、学年別に明らかにした。その結果、入学時点で教職を希望しない学生が１割程度存在し、教職志望割合は教育実習を終えた３年次に大きく降下すること、４年次の教職希望者の約３割が校種では小学校を希望し、その他の校種希望者は公務員や進学等に転じる場合が多いこと、等の傾向を確認することができた。一方で、学部の教員就職率向上プロジェクトの展開と共に学生の意識に変化が見られ、早い時期から教職支援室の個別相談を受ける学生が大幅に増加したことを示した。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_full_name_24":{"attribute_name":"著者名(別表記)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"2579","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"Sawanobori,
