 note = {両側多発性にgound-glass attenuation(GGA)を合併した腺癌の1切除例を経験したので報告する。症例は、65歳女性。検診にてCT上右肺S4にGGA を指摘され経過観察となった。1 年後、左肺S1+2に軽度の収束を伴った結節を指摘され、他に右肺および左肺に微小なGGAを伴っていた。左腕S1+2の結節は一部にごくわずかにconsolidation を伴ったGGA 主体の病変であり、肺癌が疑われたため手術を施行した。術中病理検査にて腺癌と診断。左上区区域切除術を施行した。術後の病理組織像はbronchioloalveolar carcinoma(BAC)と診断された。その他、別にatypical adenomatous hyperplasia(AAH)が併存していた。},
