pathの使用経験をパス導入の経時的効果を中心として臨床的に検討したので報告する。[対象]2001年1月から2003年4月までに当院で経験した肺葉切除例29例を対象とした。クリニカルパス対象症例を、前期(2001年) 15例、後期(2002～2003年) 14例とし2群に分けた。さらに導入年度毎にも経時的な効果を検討した。[結果] 1.パス導入による経時的効果の検討:前期、後期群別で検討したが、年齢、病期、出血量、酸素投与日数、ドレーン抜去、術後入院日数、総入院日数、術後合併症において有意差はみられなかった。しかし、術前入院日数、抗生剤投与日数では短縮し有意差がみられた。2.入院期間:年度別で入院期間を比較してみると、術前入院日数がパス導入初年度にのみ有意に短縮されていた。総入院日数、術後入院日数では有意差はみられなかった。3.術後管理:年度別では抗生剤投与期間、酸素投与日数、 ドレーン抜去日数に有意差はみられなかった。4.手術、安全性:年度別で手術時間、出血量に有意差はなく、術後合併症発生といった点でも有意差はみられなかった。[結語]当院における肺癌Critical
