 note = {症例は58歳の男性,1982年9月縦隔腫瘍にて左開胸下に腫痩切除術を施行. atypica1 lipomaと診断された.その20年後の2002年11月縦隔に再発が疑われ,当科紹介.一期的には切除困難と考え,ニ期的に切除術施行.病理組織学的にはWelldifferentiated liposarcomaで前回の再発と診断された.Liposarcomaは成人のSoft tissue sarcomaの中では一般的なものであるが,Mediastinal liposarcomaは極めて稀である.また,再発率も高く,今後も長期にわたる慎重な経過観察が必要と考えられる.},
