良一","creatorNameLang":"ja"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]}]},"item_10001_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"【目的】当院において肺定位放射線治療を開始してから約1年が経過した。その間経験した症例について治療成績、照射による有害事象、再発について報告する。【方法】適応は原発性肺癌のT1N0またはT2N0症例、もしくは3個以下の転移性肺腫瘍で原発巣がコントロールされている症例である。実際の方法は呼吸停止下に回転原体照射を用いて放射線照射を行う。目標線量は60Gyで1回6Gyの1日2回照射を原則とし、計5日間で治療は終了する。【対象】2000年6月～2001年9月の期間照射を行った14症例。男性10例、女性4例(平均年齢77.2歳)で、組織型は扁平上皮癌6例、腺癌6例、小細胞癌1例、転移性腫瘍(腺癌)1例である。【結果】中央観察期間6ヶ月でCRが6例、PRが3例、NCが5例であった。重篤な有害事象は発生しなかった。照射野内再発は認めず、6ヶ月以上観察可能であった8例全例において腫瘍の増大も認めなかった。原発性肺癌においては遠隔転移も認めなかった。【結論】肺定位照射は短期間で、有害事象も少なく安全に治療が可能であり、腫瘍のコントロールも良好である。今後早期肺癌に対する根治的治療の選択肢の1つとなるであろう。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10001_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.34429/00004010","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10001_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"山梨肺癌研究会","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_10001_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"NCID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN10355815","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10001_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1341-7053","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_10001_text_4":{"attribute_name":"タイトルヨミ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_language":"ja-Kana","subitem_text_value":"ハイ
