博康","creatorNameLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_2_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本論文は，今年度よりスクールカウンセラーが配置された国立大附属小学校において，その活動の意義と今後の課題について検討することを目的とした．そのために，まず第一に，教員のスクールカウンセラーに対するニーズを調査し，第二に，導入後半年間の実践活動状況を示し，今後の支援の方向性を考察した．結果からは，児童や保護者の相談，教員へのコンサルテーション，連携，研修と多岐に渡る活動に対しての教員の期待が高いことが伺えた.
