靖夫","creatorNameLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_2_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"山梨大学教育学部の教職支援室では開設当初の2012年度より，個人面談等を手法として，学生を対象にした進路希望調査を実施している．本稿では，2016年度に実施した進路希望調査や口頭面接によって明らかになった，山梨大学教育学部（旧教育人間科学部）の学校教育課程に在籍する各年次約130名の進路希望の推移について結果を示すとともに，分析を加えた．得られた主な知見は，以下の①～⑤の通りである．①年次進行に伴い，教職希望の学生の割合（％）は減少し，教職外希望者が増加する傾向があること，②過去４年間の１年次学生のうち，2016年度の１年次学生の教職希望の割合（％）は最低であったこと，③入学当初からの教育現場での体験が少ないために，強い教職希望を抱くに至っていない学生が相当数存在すること，④左記③とも連動することであるが，入学後に教職希望から教職外希望に変化する学生も散見されること，⑤入学試験方法を再考して，入学当初より強い教員志望を抱いている学生を確保すること．","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_full_name_24":{"attribute_name":"著者名(別表記)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"2798","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"Hirai,
