法にて概観した。結果,「今,目の前にいる子どもにどうかかわればよいのか」という緊急で具体的かつ個別的な悩みに関するユニットを中核として,その周囲に,専門性の脆弱さ,自分の教育実践に関する自信のなさ,同僚や他職種との連携の難しさなどを示すユニットが配置された。KJ
