眞理","creatorNameLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_2_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"不登校児との出会いや対応は,教師にとって「危機」として体験される。この危機を乗り切るためには,適切な自己効力感が必要であると思われる。そこで,本研究では教師としての一般的な効力感ではなく,より課題固有的な自己効力感として不登校対応自己効力感を設定し,尺度の作成を試みた。不登校児への対応に関する36項目について検討を行うために因子分析をした結果,「支持的受けとめ」「再登校の支援」「協力」の3因子を抽出した。各因子について回答者の属性別に分散分析を行った結果,3因子すべてにおいて,女性教師の効力感の高さが明らかにされた。また第2因子「再登校への支援」において,首都圏の教師に比べ,地方都市圏の教師の効力感の高さが示唆されるとともに,教職経験を積んでも,効力感は高まっていないことが明らかにされた。さらに各項目ごとの平均値からは,不登校に関して子ども自身や同僚に働きかける項目に比較して,保護者にはたらきかける項目は低く見積もられる傾向がみられた。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_full_name_24":{"attribute_name":"著者名(別表記)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"2820","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"Iwanaga,
