順子","creatorNameLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_2_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"平成26年１月，我が国においても国連の「障害者の権利に関する条約」が批准され、中央教育審議会の「共生社会の形成に向けたインクルーシブ教育システム構築のための特別支援教育の推進（報告）」が示された。今後、インクルーシブ教育を推進するにあたり、インクルーシブ教育を実践できる教員の養成が喫緊の課題である。特に、通常の学校では、現在よりさらに児童生徒の多様化が加速され、特別な教育的ニーズに応じた適切な教育の実現が課題となると思われる。そのため、通常の学校において、特別支援教育コーディネーターの役割がこれまで以上に重要になる。特別支援教育コーディネーターの役割は、校内委員会のための情報収集や準備、担任への支援、校内研修の企画・運営、関係機関との連絡調整、保護者に対する相談窓口など多岐にわたる。したがって、特別支援教育コーディネーターは、障害の基礎知識や多様な児童生徒も含めた指導法、学級経営、関係機関との連携、教育相談への対応など多様な力量が求められる。イギリスでは、1980年代からインクルーシブ教育を基本方針とした特別なニーズ教育を実施しており、我が国の特別支援教育コーディネーターに似た、SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) と呼ばれる教員が、通常の学校の中で特別な教育的ニーズに関わる業務を中心的に行っている。 　本研究では、我が国の特別支援教育コーディネーター研修を検討するために、イギリスのSENCO養成研修について調査した。イギリスでは、SENCOの資格取得が必要であり、養成研修の内容は、SENCOの役割、関連法規、アセスメント、ティーチングアシスタントとの協働の他、実習、研究課題も課されており、我が国の特別支援教育コーディネーター研修に示唆を得ることができた。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_full_name_24":{"attribute_name":"著者名(別表記)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"2879","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"Toriumi,
