桂","creatorNameLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_2_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"小学校学習指導要領道徳の目標には「道徳教育の目標は（中略）学校の教育活動全体を通じて道徳性を養うこと。道徳の時間においては（中略）各教科，総合的な学習の時間及び特別活動における道徳教育と密接な関連を図りながら，計画的，発展的な指導によってこれを補充，深化，統合し道徳的価値の自覚及びそれに基づいた人間としての生き方についての自覚を深め，道徳的実践力を育成するものとする」というねらいが示されている。道徳の時間を要として学校の教育活動全体を通してよりよく生きようとする内発的な力を育成することが求められている。しかし，現場においては「いじめ」「不登校」などの問題行動や学校現場の多忙化による道徳教育の形骸化などもあり道徳教育の充実は十分とは言えない。文部科学省は平成25年６月に「いじめ防止対策推進法」を公布し，具体的な手立てとして道徳教育の充実を切り口にしていじめ防止に取り組もうとしている。また次期学習指導要領の改訂案では，これまでの道徳の時間を小・中学校では「特別の教科　道徳」という教科として位置付け，検定教科書と評価を導入するなど道徳教育に大きな改革が起きようとしている。これまで以上に道徳教育の重要性が示されているものといえよう。本研究では，道徳の時間を要として，自他の心の充実感を育てるために，①道徳の時間の充実に関する取組②学校の教育活動全体を通して，子どもたちがよりよく生きようとする努力を認め勇気付けていく取組を行った。道徳の時間で心を耕し，その他の学校生活の中で子どもたちのよりよく生きようとする姿を認めていく指導を継続する中で学校が子どもたちの居場所となることにつながった。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_full_name_24":{"attribute_name":"著者名(別表記)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"2982","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"Kawano,
