貴雄","creatorNameLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_2_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究は、中部地区英語教育学会の課題研究プロジェクトの研究の一環を論文にしたものである。本稿では、まず、本研究プロジェクトの目的について述べ、次いで、主に教師の成長発達に関する議論に関し、次の５点について叙述した。①教育学で言う教師の生涯発達の考え方の骨子と、先行研究で提案されている発達、あるいは成長段階の種類とそれぞれの段階におけるに特徴について、②英語教師に関する発達・成長段階の研究について、③特に英語教師のキャリアにおける困難性の年代的、あるいは年数的特徴について、④過去数年間携わった山梨県の中学校の経10年研修者の中で２人を選び、10年間の教員キャリアの流れや区分を見ての、それぞれの区分における困難項目についての報告と議論、⑤本課題研究プロジェクトのキャリアの段階別による支援の可能性の記述等。最終的に、英語の場合、教師の発達段階の傾向と課題を明確に推定することはかなり困難である、したがって、教師の発達段階から支援方法を導き出すのはかなり困難である。であるならば、一応暫定的に教員のキャリアの段階を設定し、それぞれの段階の困難点・課題点と支援の可能性を調査する研究を行なうことが最善である、と結論づけた。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_full_name_24":{"attribute_name":"著者名(別表記)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"3057","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"Furuya,
