和美","creatorNameLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_2_description_18":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_language":"en","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"近年増加傾向にある発達障害の傾向があるものの医学的診断の無い「グレーゾーンに位置する学生」にとっては,その特性から一般学生以上に就職活動は非常に困難を極めるものになっている。本研究では,臨床知識の無いキャリアカウンセラーが発達障害傾向のある学生をどのように見極め,学生の主体性な変化をどのように働きかけ育むのか,そのプロセスを明らかにしていくと共に,支援プロセスのモデルを生成することを目的とした。キャリアカウンセラーの経験・知識が浅い場合であっても,見極めの意図性を高めることは,今後の支援についての見通しを持つことで支援者側の「わからない」不安を解消,軽減させるだけでなく,早期に障害の可能性をとらえることが出来た場合には,その学生に合った支援や提案,調整していける可能性を示した。また,発話分析から得られた概念により,「キャリアカウンセラーの主観によるグレーゾーン学生の特徴」が整理された。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_full_name_24":{"attribute_name":"著者名(別表記)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"24295","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"Yamamoto,
