隆史","creatorNameLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_2_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"従来、教員養成系学部や高校において、気流と乱流が大気汚染物質や放射性物質等を運び、拡散させているという観点での気象学教材が不足している。この論文は、科学的な新たな知見を発表するとともに、前記の教材不足を補うものである。この論文では、茨城県東海村の日本原子力研究所によって1991-1992年度に実施された、四季別2週間のドップラーソーダ観測を基にしている。この観測による地上42m～350mでの水平風速データおよび鉛直方向の乱流を表す鉛直風速成分の標準偏差データから鉛直方向乱流強度を算出し、その高度変化を解析した。解析結果は、四季をまとめて、風向別大気安定度別の鉛直方向乱流強度の高度分布図などで表わし、従来、高煙突からの排煙による大気汚染の濃度予測に用いられている「上層の大気安定度」が、長期平均濃度予測に適用される場合は、ほぼ妥当であるが、短時間高濃度予測に適用される場合は必ずしも妥当であるとは限らないことがわかった。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_full_name_24":{"attribute_name":"著者名(別表記)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"3291","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"Tomimori,
