貞嘉","creatorNameLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_2_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"食生活が多様化・欧米化している昨今,その大きな変化は脂質摂取量の増加である。この変化は,若年者だけでなく,高齢者においても同様であり,脂質摂取増加は血清脂質を上昇させ,循環器疾患のリスクファクターとなる。高齢循環器疾患患者の栄養摂取バランスと血清脂質・脂肪酸組成の特徴を明らかにすることを目的に調査を行った。外来通院中の60歳以上の循環器疾患患者20名(以下,高齢群)と健康な大学生16名(以下,青年群)を対象とした。さらに高齢群は,血清総コレステロール値により2群(220㎎/dl以上:H群,220㎎/dl未満:L群)に分け,検討した。H群では脂質組成からみた摂取バランスが悪く,血清脂質・脂肪酸値が高かった。高齢循環器疾患患者の食事はn-6系脂肪酸摂取量が少なく,摂取n-6/n-3比が日本人の平均摂取量よりも,低い傾向にあることがわかった。摂取と血中成分の関係では,H群にコレステロールとn-6/n-3比について相関が認められた。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_full_name_24":{"attribute_name":"著者名(別表記)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"4048","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"NISHIDA,
