久美子","creatorNameLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_2_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"筆者は,15年前看護学生を対象として食生活の実態調査を行なった。その結果,学生は食事の関心は高いが,不満が多く,総エネルギー・カルシウム・鉄やビタミンCの充足率が低いことが明らかになった。昨今,わが国では栄養過剰摂取による生活習慣病が話題になっており,若年者に向けた食事指導の必要の報告も多い。今回,現在の看護学生(以下,99年群)の食生活の実態調査を実施し,15年前の学生(以下,84年群)の調査結果と比較した。99年群は,体調が悪い者は少なく,食事に対する関心は高く,食事に満足している者は多かった。1日栄養摂取量のエネルギー,タンパク質,脂肪は,84年群と比較して有意に増加し,鉄やビタミンCの摂取量も改善していた。しかし,食事中PFC(protein:fat:carbohydrate)比の脂肪の割合が高く,脂肪酸のn-6/n-3比(第5次改訂日本人栄養所要量の基準値4以下)が5.6と高く,総エネルギーに対する脂肪摂取割合の制限の必要が示唆された。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_full_name_24":{"attribute_name":"著者名(別表記)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"4260","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"NAKAMURA,
