の判断が抽出され7つのカテゴリーに分類された。7つのカテゴリーの判断のうち(1)疾患・病状に関する判断(2)苦痛・疼痛に関する判断(5)ケアの再判断は多くの事例のどの時期にも共通して多かった。(3)精神的ケアに関する判断(4)家族支援に関する判断(6)医師と患者との関係調整や治療を決定づける判断(7)その他の判断は事例によって数にばらつきがみられた。3事例についてカテゴリー別に判断の内容と経時的な変化を検討した。(3)(6)(7)は内容も事例によって違いが著しかった。(4)が行われた事例はいずれも死亡直前に判断されており,(7)はその内容から老人特性を考慮した判断ともいえるものであった。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_full_name_24":{"attribute_name":"著者名(別表記)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"4404","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"WATANABE,
