In this case the child, the mother, the former husband of the mother and the husband of the mother were tested for some anthropological features and 22 systems of blood groups. The paternity of the former husband of the mother could be excluded by the tests of Hp, Gm, PGM and HLA groups whereas the tests of usual erythrocyte groups failed to exclude the paternity. 0n the other hand, the paternity of the husband of the mother was not excluded by anyone of the tests performed. The plausibility of the paternity was calculated by the Essen-Moeler formula to be over 99.99%. According to Hummel's criteria the paternity was evaluated to be practically proven and he was regarded as real father of the child.}, pages = {16--21}, title = {二人の男のうち一方が否定され、他方が事実上肯定された父子鑑定例}, volume = {2}, year = {1985} }
