 note = {Unrecognized or known medical problems may, predispose a child to sudden death. There are now estimated to be about l20 deaths under school administration annually in Japan. In approximately 80 percent of such as sudden death cardiovascular abnormalities are observed. Most of these abnormalities are myocarditis and severe arrhythmia. In Yamanashi, there have been 5 sudden deaths related to cardiovascular abnormalities including aortic stenosis for past ten years. I have stressed the cardiovascular factors associated with unexpected, sudden death in children, and I have emphasized that the regular cardiovascular check up by cardiologist should be done to children and adolescents, and the need to monitor constantly the medical and enviromental factors.},
