| 内容記述 | In order to analyze an update needs of home visiting care services,we examined to describe the need-dependent care-actions of PHNs in a rural town. In 1995 authors (PHNs) visited 58 homes one or three times a year, which included:①27 cases of the walking impairments aged over 65, all of them had not been examined the Annual Health Examination, ②13 cases of the visiting home help services, ③13 cases of the visiting nurse services of hospital, ④5 cases of the visiting medical services of hospital. 749 care-actions we performed composed of 21 purposes/or intentions, that could be clarified following care-assessment categories; (1) information services of social resources for the walking impairments and others, (2) direct clinical nursing cares for various kinds of impairments, (3) encouragement of the self-care activities in daily life, (4) advices for the mutual supports and encouragement between family members, (5) teachings for the self-assessment of health conditions, (6) encouragement of the supportive visiting by neighborhoods, (7) the cohesion role between official caregivers and volunteers, (8) the messenger role for requiring the health services to the official agents. | |||||||
